Puukerrostalot osana vastuullista rakentamista kiinnostavat enenevässä määrin myös sijoittajia. Mediatiedote Lehto Group Oyj 29.3.2019 klo 11.15 Lehto Asunnot ja Taaleri Vuokrakoti Ky ovat sopineet kahden nelikerroksisen puukerrostalon rakentamisesta Kirkkonummelle, Masalan aseman kupeeseen. Puukerrostalot rakennetaan Lehdon hiljattain julkaistun Deco-puukerrostalokonseptin mukaisesti KVR-urakkana ja teollista valmistusta hyödyntäen. Kohteeseen rakentuu 52 asuntoa.
