By its decision of today, 16 February 2024, the District Court of Oulu has ruled to initiate proceedings for Lehto Group plc in accordance with the law of corporate restructuring. The District Court has positioned Attorney Klaus Majamäki from HPP Attorneys Ltd as administrator for the company’s corporate restructuring proceedings. According to the decision of the District Court, the proposal for the restructuring program must be drawn up latest by 17 June 2024.
