The houses are built on two storeys, and each house has its own sauna. The housing company’s communal yard contains a children’s playground.
As. Oy Espoon Keisari is a functional combination of Finland’s wooden house tradition and pioneering terraced house architecture. The design and material choices emphasise wood, modernity and a closeness to nature. The facades have clean modern lines and wood cladding in elegant, subdued tones.
